A piece of handcrafted solid 40 year cherry furniture with a natural finish (no stain, just a clear protective finish), will arrive light blond in color. Over time the wood will begin to mellow, developing rich, warm tones. The beauty of natural cherry grows more with each passing year.

Just a few hardware options available.

Woods, Stains & Finishes

Most of our furniture is available in your choice of Oak, Hickory, Cherry, Maple, Walnut or Quarter Sawn White Oak, and depending upon your wood choice, up to 10 stain colors. Many items are even available in a tinted stain finish resulting in a very smooth solid color finish. We even mix wood finishes with tints for a two-toned look. See your "Handcrafted Amish Furniture" sales associate for details.

Remember when choosing your stain color that the actual appearance of your furniture will vary due to many influences, such as grain pattern, wood color and sun exposure. Some woods change color with age, particularly Cherry, which darkens noticeably over time. Each piece of wood furniture is truly unique.

Hardware

The style of hardware can have a significant impact on the overall look of your finished piece. Most of our furniture is available in a variety of hardware options. There is a small up charge for some choices, see your "Handcrafted Amish Furniture" sales associate for details.
